Health Harassment in developing countries
Day by day the battle of surviving is turning into a great war under developing countries. The slum colonies have become factories of many kinds. Most of them have poor health, poor houses and very few get an education.
According to this state, one-third of children under age 5 are malnourished, stunted, wasted, or overweight–while two-thirds are at risk of malnutrition and hidden hunger because of the poor quality of their diets, At the center of this challenge is a broken. In this article, they use data from 191 Demographic and Health Surveys (DHS) across 73 developing countries to investigate this concern empirically. Their results show that children in slums have better health outcomes than children living in rural areas yet far worse than children in better-off neighborhoods of the same urban settlements many children died before birth and after birth. This number can not reach the age of 5. This age requires education but at this age, most of them wander in the streets, rather than go to school. When they grow more than most of them go to work as helpers to support their families.
In these areas, many births are celebrated not because they love children but because they are the source of income without investment. Their mothers go to work as maids to elite families. So, these families solved their food and clothing problems. It took them to the government hospital in only severe cases. So, there is no issue of expenditure. Many children mean as much income. We can see its disasters from an early age. These children have autonomous personalities. They get unhygienic food that causes health deficiency in them. Here sex declamation is also seen that boy gets much or better food than a girl because of the prime source of income. They don't even know the meaning of health. Because of their autonomous personality, most of them started addiction like MAWA, GOTKA, NASWAR, and cigarettes at an early age and it also involved them in sex which affects their health too. They face many health problems like weakness, mineral and blood deficiency, poor residency conditions all affect their health. They live in houses that are failing to protect them from severe cold and heat. Ignorance also causes their poor condition, health means only to move on until you do not fall. Everyone has to carry on because they have no choice. They can't bear private hospital expenses and government hospitals, they don't trust. In the last year in my neighborhood, two infants died because their house failed to save them from a severe cold and their mother's ignorance also caused it. One day I heard those little girls cry then I dared to go to their home and asked the reason for their continuous cry. It shocked me to hear their mother's statement; she told me that a ghost overcomes them. She showed me their ribs; they were hurrying. I told her it's not a ghost, it's cold, the girls had got cold; I suggested they take them to the hospital and if they didn't have money, then I could give them but they refused to accept. in a vain attempt and with a heavy heart I returned home. a month after the first one died and in the next month another one.
But the governments of these countries are also not overcoming this big issue. As a result, it affects the economy of these countries. Corruption is in every field of life there. The death rate and the ratio of handicapped are also very high.
